Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution.
The Privacy Policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the applicable laws of The Republic of Kenya without reference to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising in relation to, or under, this Privacy Policy, shall first be resolved by way of consultation held in good faith between the parties.
